I had so much fun creating my first modern-style house, which is a combination of three different inspiration houses. A simple construction, both beginners and advanced mini makers should find this a fun project, and I hope you love it as much as I do. The house features high ceilings, a vaulted ceiling, a decorative ceiling, a floating staircase, and large openings between some rooms.

Finished size (W/O Base) – 12″w, 9″h, 5.1/2″d. With base: 13 1/2″w, 9 1/8″h, 6″d
Features: a wood ceiling in the living room and a fireplace. Larger openings from the entry to the living room and from the living room to the kitchen. In the hallway, there is a unique floating staircase.
The walls and rooms are pretty much set to be built as seen in the photos. Making changes would cause pieces to be out of line or not fit so please consider this.
